Co-ordination

Your style may be effortless and elegant, or speak of understated rustic charm but you will be surprised to find that even these seemingly uncomplicated approaches require conceptualisation and detailed expert input.

You are probably wondering why not use the venues banqueting manager?

A banqueting manager is there to ensure that things run smoothly on the venues side. He is in control of the waiters, food and kitchen. However, he may not be familiar with everything that gets brought in on the day.

In contrast, professional wedding co-ordination is a far more specialised service that is beyond sending you a menu and bar list, advising on available hiring goods and passing on a list of associated suppliers.

On the day co-ordination involves me briefing suppliers, and supplying you with regular updates, tasks for each person on the day, reception layouts, and advise on wedding logistics far beyond the realm of the venue.

I do an on-the-day schedule of activities and tasks for all people involved in the wedding, making sure the order of the day is communicated and adhered to.

Not every wedding needs to be glamorous but it will need to be perfectly organised to run smoothly.
